We had an initial delivery date of June 2 that was then changed to June 4. Using the tracking feature on Amazon, we could tell that the TV arrived in Huntsville, AL (about 15 miles from where we live) on May 31. When my husband called the carrier on June 3 to ask when the TV would be delivered, he could not get a firm answer from them. We were trying to find out whether it would be am or pm so we could coordinate vendor installation with the delivery. We don’t know what the TV is like because we don’t have it yet. We are going to the carrier’s office to pick up our TV… CEVA shipping and customer service is horrible. We will not buy another product that uses this carrier.

I can”t say anything about this tv, it arrive badly damage and I had to return It.very sad, I could see It was a beautiful tv.

Sony Bravia S-Series KDL-46S4100: Arrived quickly from Kentucky (Amazon). The “White Glove” delivery service was performed fine, although had to remind delivery person to please take the packing material. TV performs flawlessly.
Amazon should better explain their no-interest use of Amazon card; which I took advantage of!

I have just one word for this LCD TV. Excellent. I love my new SONY LCD TV. LCD is only worth it if you have HD channels otherwise i would recommand to stick with your old one.
I really enjoy watching all the sports channels. 46″ is reasonable for the 10 by 10 room or for apartments.
